design and appearance of the property in order to preserve and enhance
property values as well as maintaining a harmonious relationship
among the houses, landscaping, etc., throughout Saybrooke. The ARB
meets the third Wednesday of every month at 7pm at the Clubhouse.

VOLUNTEERS
NEEDED
If you are interested
in keeping your community attractive and ensuring that it stands
out as a well maintained and well planned property, you may want
to consider being on the Architectural Review Board (ARB).
The ARB meets
briefly on the third Wednesday of each month to review and determine
approval of received architectural applications. Saybrooke has specific
guidelines to follow, and our management company is available to
offer guidance in this process.
Saybrooke needs
volunteers to thrive and function as a community. Any resident interested
in serving can contact James Smith by phone at 703-385-1133
or via e-mail at
