1.
We have a few maps you should find useful:
- Aerial
Map: shows each house's location in Saybrooke.
- Road
Map: shows Saybrooke's proximity to major roads such as I-66,
Rt 29, and Rt 28.
- Street
Map: shows all the streets within the subdivision.
2.
The Saybrooke community clubhouse is available for rent by Homeowners.
The Application for Use and Rental Agreement is available by contacting
Armstrong Management at shurwitz@armstrong.net.
The rental cost is $100.00, plus a refundable $250.00 deposit. All
questions regarding clubhouse rental can be directed to Wendy Whitlow
at clubhouse@saybrooke.org.

The Board of Directors meets the second Monday of January, March,
May, July, September, and November. The Annual Homeowners meeting
occurs in December of each year. Click

HOA Dues are paid quarterly, and are due on the first day of each
quarter (January 1, April 2, July 1, and October 1), annually. Your
dues go toward recurring expenses such as the clubhouse/swimming
pool, common area maintenance and landscaping, snow removal, tot
lot/courts maintenance, social events, trash/recycling, etc., etc.
Please make every effort to pay your dues on time. Homeowners shall
be assessed a $25.00 late fee for any HOA dues not paid within thirty
(30) days after the due date.

AAA Trash and Recycling, (703) 818-8222, provides trash collection
on Monday and Thursday mornings. Recyclables are collected on Monday
mornings. In order to keep our neighborhood looking nice, please
keep your trash and/or recycling receptables out of view except
on these days.

Towing is continually enforced in Saybrooke. Parking spaces are
assigned throughout the townhome areas of Saybrooke. If you park
in others assigned spaces without permission, you can be towed at
your own expense. Also, observed users/ abusers of VISITOR spaces
for extended periods and/or for personal use will be tagged and
towed. Cars parked in the clubhouse parking lot without permission
will be tagged and towed. Due to fire and safety codes, cars parked
in fire lanes and/or no parking areas will immediately be towed.
When in doubt, don't park there!
